Julienne Peeler

One of my favorite ways to make a dish visually interesting is to use the right cuts. This peeler comes in handy especially for carrots, cucumbers, and fruits. You can see how I use it in the slaw of my Jerk Chicken Bowl for example. They often come in a set FYI.
