Buffalo Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 t garlic powder

  • 1 T apple cider vinegar

  • 1 T melted butter

  • 2/3 c hot wing sauce

  • blue cheese or ranch dressing

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F and cut your cauliflower into bite-size pieces.

  2. Mix the four, water, garlic powder and apple cider vinegar. Toss the cauliflower in the batter until fully coated.

  3. Place on a parchment lined or non-stick sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.

  4. Take the cauliflower out of the oven and toss in the butter and hot sauce. Return to the sheet pan and cook for an additional 15 minutes.

  5. Serve with more buffalo sauce and some blue cheese or ranch dressing.

Notes

Gluten-free: This recipe is gluten-free as long as you use a gluten-free flour. I used a 1-1 all-purpose gluten free flour myself.

Dairy-free: This recipe is dairy-free as long as you omit the dressing or use a dairy-free substitute.
