4+ gloves minced garlic

1/3 c parmesan cheese
1 t parsley
Garnish
parmesan cheese
parsley
Buffalo
Ingredients
Sauce
8 chicken wings
1T melted butter
1/3 buffalo sauce
1/2 t garlic pwder
Garnish
additional sauce
blue cheese and ranch dressing
celery/carrots
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Mix each of the sauce/seasoning ingredients in with wings.
Transfer wings to lined baking sheets. Avoid any extra sauce on the pan to avoid burning/smoking, but reserve for later use.
Bake for 20 minutes and toss. You can at this point add more sauce at this time.
Cook for an additional 20-25 minutes or until crispy. At this point I like to toss the buffalo wings in extra sauce (not from marinade to avoid bacteria).
Garnish with optional garnishes to serve.
Notes:
Gluten-free: recipes are Gluten-free as long as your soy and buffalo sauces are gluten-free.
Dairy-free: The Sweet and Spicy Thai and Buffalo wings are dairy-free. You can try substituting the cheese for the Garlic Parmesan wings to make it dairy-free.
Tajin: It’s my favorite chili lime seasoning. You can find a similar brand or substitute 1 t chili powder and 1T lime juice.
