Seasoned Edamame

Edamame are by far one of my favorite things to snack on during the day. I will literally steam a bag and eat the whole thing in one serving. If I’m in a rush, I’ll usually just salt them, but this is my favorite way to season edamame.

Edamame: I personally use a steamable bag of frozen edamame. I enjoy eating the edamame out of the shell, but if you prefer, you can buy shelled edamame and still make the recipe the same.

Garlic Powder: Feel free to use fresh minced garlic if you have it.

Ground Ginger: Feel free to use fresh minced ginger if you have it.
