Sautéed Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 T olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 20 oz green beans

  • 1/4 t Salt

  • 1/4 t Pepper

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add in green beans and let boil until tender. Remove from heat and drain the liquid.

  2. Heat a large skillet on medium high heat with the oil and garlic. Cook until fragrant.

  3. Add in your green beans and cook until the edges are toasted.

Notes

Nothing to note here. A simple side that compliments almost any meal and diet!

Meal Prep

Make ahead of time and store in fridge until ready to eat. These taste good cold, at room temperature or heated up.
